• Certificate of Citizenship (Form N-560 / N-561)
• Consular Report of Birth Abroad FS-240, FS-545, DS-1350)
• Virginia Driver’s License / ID (REAL ID or standard
• Permanent Resident Card (I-551 / Green Card) — USCIS Visual Sample
• Employment Authorization Document (I-766 / EAD) — USCIS Visual Sample
• Form I-94 Arrival/Departure Record — I-94 SampleI-94 Sample
• Refugee / Asylee / Parolee Documentation (I-94 or other DHS/USCIS documentation)
